Enterprise telecom audit and management

We lower telecom spend across all of your carriers and sites. Our fee comes out of the savings we secure, and if we find no savings, you owe nothing for the audit.

No cost or obligation, and nothing changes without your written approval.

What you get with Telpro Management

A team works at bench desks with laptops on a high office floor while a colleague takes a call on a company phone by the window, the city below in daylight.
  • Lower telecom spend

We audit the bills on every carrier account you put in scope, across wireless, internet and fiber, phone lines, VoIP and IoT, plus business TV and video, and price each change worth making. Then we negotiate the changes you approve with the carriers you already use.

    About the telecom bill audit
  • Less work for your team

To start, we need recent statements or view-only access to the accounts you pick. After that, we make the carrier calls and handle the disputes and orders, and your team approves changes in writing.

  • Someone accountable for every carrier account

With ongoing account management, an analyst who knows your accounts reviews each new bill, handles your carrier requests and tells you before a promotion or device payment ends, so the savings stay on the bill.

    About account management
  • A fee that comes out of the savings

Our fee is 30% of the savings we secure, for up to 24 months, and if we find no savings, you owe nothing for the audit. We don't charge per-line or per-device fees, which are owed whether or not your bill comes down. What we earn depends on how much we take off your bills. We take no payouts from carriers or vendors, and account management is optional, with a separate fee priced to your accounts.

Case studies

ClientResultCase study
Trucking and logistics fleet, grown to more than 700 lines Wireless bill from more than $14,000 a month to about $4,100for the same service, with the same carrier.
Construction company, more than 400 wireless lines $70,000 lower in the first yearafter a bill that rose 11% under a price lock.
Nonprofit health plan, more than 500 lines Cost per line 31% lowerafter a carrier bid we ran.

Each of these started with a review of recent bills, and every figure is before our fee. The fleet's drop is one of our largest results, and what we find depends on what's on your bills.

Your client portal

Every client gets the portal, starting with the audit. Each change you approve has its own thread, with your approval and what it took off the bill.

  • Your audit findings
  • Results as the changes show up on your bills
  • The line inventory across your accounts
  • Your carrier bills and our reports

If you keep us on for account management, you'll follow your analyst's ongoing work there too.

Who we work with

We work with companies from fewer than 100 lines to more than 50,000, and we're set up for telecom spread across several carriers and many sites, often in several states or countries. Finance usually owns the budget and IT or operations owns the lines and devices, so we work with both, and with procurement and legal when our agreement goes through their review.

Besides the audit and account management, we review the IT costs that sit next to telecom, and we run the bid when another carrier or provider is the better deal.
