Telecom account management

After the audit, we keep managing your carrier accounts, so the savings hold and your team has one place to send every carrier request.

No cost or obligation, and nothing changes without your written approval.

What we handle each month

An analyst who knows your accounts reviews each new bill and handles your requests with the carriers.

Carrier bills keep changing after an audit. When a promotion ends or a new line goes on at list price, the bill creeps back up. Because we review each bill as it arrives, we catch those changes on the next bill instead of at next year's audit, so the savings stay in place.

Management is optional and billed separately from the audit fee of 30% of the savings for up to 24 months. Its fee varies with your accounts, so we quote it after the review, and you decide whether to take it once you've seen what the audit found.

How we're paid
  • Each new bill. We check it against the rates we negotiated, and your analyst's monthly review sits next to the bill.
  • Carrier requests. New lines, cancellations, plan changes, number ports and disputes, done once your designated administrator approves them.
  • Service problems. When a line or circuit has an outage or needs a repair, your analyst opens the trouble ticket with the carrier and follows it until it's resolved.
  • Device orders. We source the devices and negotiate the price before the order goes in.
  • Promotions and device payments. A heads-up about three months before a promotional credit or device payment ends, so you can decide before the bill changes.
  • Promised credits. When a carrier promises a credit, we check the bill it should land on and follow up if it isn't there.

Account management case study

One of the clients in our case studies, a trucking and logistics fleet, kept us on after its audit. Our account management brought the fleet's international charges down from more than $600 a month to under $50 by August 2025, and the fleet renewed it for another 12 months in March 2026. What management finds depends on what's on your bills each month.

Your client portal

Every client gets the client portal, and the work we do on your accounts shows up there: each change dated and priced by the month, your monthly reviews next to the carrier bills they cover, and a thread for each request.

Managed account, TEM software or an in-house team

Companies usually handle telecom bills one of three ways, and the right one depends on how much time your own staff have each month.

Account management questions

Who looks after our account?

An analyst who knows your accounts. Your team reaches them through Requests in the client portal or at info@telpromanagement.com.

Can we stop management later?

Yes. Management runs on the term in your agreement, and you can choose not to renew it. Stopping it doesn't change the audit fee or the savings already on your bill.

Start with the audit

Every managed account starts with a free bill review. Once you've seen the findings, you decide whether to keep us on for management.
