We check what you're billed for against what you use, the same way we check a carrier bill, and it's priced the same way as our telecom audits.
What we check in an IT cost review
- Data lines on laptops and tablets. Lines that stay active after a device is retired or replaced, and plans sized well beyond what a device uses.
- Internet circuits. Each location's service against its term and renewal date. The detail is on the internet and fiber page.
- Device purchases. We source devices and negotiate their price before the order goes in, and we keep device costs apart from service savings.
Working with your IT team or provider
Your IT department or outside provider keeps running your systems and users, and we look at the bills around their work: carrier lines, circuits and hardware. When a change touches their setup, such as cancelling a line on a laptop they manage, we line it up with them first.
How an IT cost review is priced
The same as our telecom audits: 30% of the savings we secure, for up to 24 months, with nothing owed for the review if we find no savings. Ongoing account management is optional, with a separate fee priced to your accounts.

No. Your IT department or provider keeps running your systems, and we negotiate the prices with the carriers and vendors involved.

Yes. Tell us which IT bill you'd like us to look at first, and we'll tell you what we'd question on it and why.
