Telecom bill audit
We find the lines and charges worth changing on your carrier bills and get the carriers to make the changes you approve. We're paid from the savings we secure, and you owe nothing for the audit if we find none.
No cost or obligation, and nothing changes without your written approval.
What a telecom audit finds
We audit wireless, internet and fiber, voice and IoT accounts, plus business TV and video, across every carrier and location you put in scope, and we look for these findings on each one. You choose which findings go ahead, and we handle the carrier.

- Lines nobody uses
- Lines that bill every month with no calls, texts or data. We confirm each one with you before anything is cancelled, since some are spares.
- Plans bigger than the line needs
- A line on a larger plan than it uses, moved to the plan that fits.
- Rates above your agreement
- A line billed above your contract rate. We ask the carrier to correct it and credit the months it ran.
- Credits that end or never posted
- Promotional and device credits that are about to end, or that were promised and never showed up on the bill.
- Cancelled lines and one-time charges
- Lines you cancelled that kept billing, and activation, upgrade or late fees that don't match anything that happened that cycle.
- Internet and fiber past their term
- Circuits billing a month-to-month rate after the term ended, and renewals priced above what the same service costs today.

What you get from the audit
A findings report you can check against your own bills. Each finding names the account, the line or charge, why we flagged it and what it's worth a month, and we go through the report with your team.
Whatever your designated administrator approves in writing, we take to the carrier. Then we check the next bills to make sure each change landed at the agreed price.
Your team also gets logins to the client portal, where you can see the findings, the results and your line inventory.
What the audit costs
Our fee is 30% of the monthly savings we secure, for up to 24 months, paid in one payment or spread over the term. We measure savings against the average of your last 3 to 6 statements for the same services. If we find no savings, you owe nothing for the audit, and ongoing account management is optional, with a separate fee priced to your accounts.
PricingResults
A trucking fleet's wireless bill went from more than $14,000 a month to about $4,100 for the same service, with the same carrier. A nonprofit health plan's cost per line fell 31% after a carrier bid we ran. Every one of our case studies started with a review of recent bills. The fleet's drop is one of our largest results, and what we find depends on what's on your bills.
Telecom audit questions
How long does a telecom audit take?
How long the review takes depends on how many accounts are in scope. Once you approve changes, new pricing usually reaches the bill 60 to 90 days after signing, because carriers apply changes on billing cycles.
Can you audit several carriers and locations at once?
Yes. We review each account in scope, whatever the carrier. You can also start with one account and add the rest after you've seen the first findings.
How often should we audit our telecom bills?
Carrier bills change from month to month as promotions end and lines come and go, so the savings from one audit can slip over time. Clients on ongoing account management get each bill reviewed as it arrives. Without it, we'd look again before each contract renewal.
