From more than $14,000 a month to about $4,100

That's a trucking and logistics fleet's wireless bill before we started and by June 2025, for the same service, with the same carrier.

A trucking and logistics company's wireless bill came down from more than $14,000 a month to about $4,100 by June 2025. We audited the account, brought its carrier a competing offer and stayed on to manage it. By January 2026 the fleet had about twice as many lines, on a lower monthly bill than before we started.

We keep client names confidential. Figures come from the fleet's carrier invoices, before our fees, and are rounded.

The result

Before we started, the fleet was spending more than $14,000 a month on wireless. By June 2025 its bill was about $4,100 a month for the same service, with the same carrier, more than two-thirds lower. That drop covers both rounds of work, the audit changes and the new rates.

The new rates were a quarter lower on phone lines and a third lower on tablet lines, and the carrier added new tablets for the fleet at no device cost, plus a one-time bill credit.

The fleet kept growing after that. By January 2026 it had more than 700 lines, about twice what it had when the new rates went in, and it was still paying less a month than before we started.

The fleet's result is one of our largest, and what we find depends on what's on your bills.

What we did

We audited the account and made the first changes with the carrier.

In April 2025 we brought the carrier a competing offer and negotiated new rates for the same lines, and the fleet stayed with its carrier.

After the audit

The fleet kept us on for ongoing account management and renewed it for another 12 months in March 2026. Each month we review the new bill and take what we find to the carrier. Some of what that work has done for the fleet:

  • The tablet refresh changed how the company runs its operations with its drivers every day, so we project-managed it as a full change-management effort. It rolled out with zero downtime, and we retired the old tablet lines as the new ones went in.
  • In November 2025 we found the carrier wasn't holding the fleet's contracted rate and wasn't maintaining the lines on the account properly. We took it to the carrier and secured a rate reduction applied across the account, plus a backdated credit larger than the charges the carrier had billed improperly.
  • Our account management brought the fleet's international charges down from more than $600 a month to under $50 by August 2025.
  • When the fleet's bank blocked the carrier's autopay, we caught it before the carrier could suspend service. We also kept the account's discounts in place, even though the carrier's billing system had removed them automatically.
