A health plan's cost per line, 31% lower
The plan has more than 500 lines. It moved to a competing carrier's offer and kept us on to manage the account.
No cost or obligation, and nothing changes without your written approval.
A nonprofit health plan with more than 500 lines changed carriers after a bid we ran, and its wireless cost per line came in 31% lower. The plan didn't have to carry the exit fee of more than $35,000 for leaving its old carrier early, and our account management has since caught the new carrier billing above the agreed rates.
We keep client names confidential. Figures are before our fees and rounded.

The result
The plan's cost per line came in 31% lower, measured on its carrier invoices before and after the move.
The exit fee of more than $35,000 wasn't left with the plan, and the new carrier's offer came with a bill credit. The plan also made the move without paying two carriers at once.
What a bid saves depends on the offers it draws.
What we did
We ran a carrier bid for the plan's wireless account and negotiated the move.

After the move
The plan kept us on for ongoing account management after the move. Here's what that work has done for it:
- We caught the new carrier billing phones and tablets above the rates in its offer, and the carrier confirmed the credits.
- We got the carrier to process the disconnects still outstanding from the move.
Check your contracts before they renew
A review of your current contracts shows what leaving early would cost and whether a bid is worth running. If you have several carrier contracts, put their end dates in the request form.
