Business internet and fiber

We check the circuits at every location against their terms and price the market before each renewal, so you know where you stand before you sign again.

No cost or obligation, and nothing changes without your written approval.

Every circuit goes on one list with its provider, cost, term and renewal date, whoever provides it, so you can compare sites side by side.

What we check on internet and fiber bills

Rates after the term ends
A circuit whose term has ended and that now bills at a month-to-month rate.
Promotional pricing that rolled off
An introductory price that expired, so the same service now costs more.
Circuits at closed or merged sites
Service still billing at a location you've left or combined with another, which comes up most after an acquisition or an office move.
Outage credits
Credits your service terms say you're owed after an outage, which usually have to be requested.
Business TV and video
Cable and satellite TV and video at offices, hotels, clinics and waiting rooms, reviewed on its own bill. When cable TV is billed with the internet circuit at the same site, we review it along with the circuit.

Before your internet and fiber renewals

Most business internet and fiber runs on a fixed term that either renews on its own or moves to a month-to-month rate when nobody gives notice. With circuits at many sites, those dates rarely line up, so we keep them on one calendar and price the alternatives before the notice window opens, while your current provider still has a reason to compete.

The renewal window: term starts, notice window opens on a date set by your agreement, term ends, then the service renews for a new term or moves to a month-to-month rate. If your current provider won't come close to the market, or a site needs a different kind of service, we run a bid. Your provider gets the chance to counter, and you see every offer side by side before you choose.

Internet and fiber questions

What about early termination fees if we change providers?

We put the full cost of leaving in front of you before you choose, and when a move makes sense, we negotiate for the new provider to cover the early termination fee.

Will a new circuit mean downtime?

A new circuit needs an install. We coordinate it with the new provider and don't cancel the old service until the new one is working.
