Telecom expense management
Every engagement starts with a free bill review, and clients who want us to stay on after the audit keep us for ongoing account management.
No cost or obligation, and nothing changes without your written approval.
Audit, then ongoing management
Telecom expense management means checking your telecom bills against your contracts and against how your lines get used, then taking the changes worth making to the carriers. We do that for wireless, internet and fiber, phone lines, VoIP and IoT, plus business TV and video, at every carrier and location you put in scope.
Telecom bill audit
We review the bills and contracts for every account in scope and price each change worth making. The changes you approve go to the carrier, and our fee comes out of the savings they produce. You see the findings, the results and your line inventory in the client portal.
Ongoing account management
After the audit, we can stay on the accounts. We review each new bill, handle carrier requests and device orders, and follow outages and repairs with the carrier until they're resolved. We also tell you before a promotion or device payment ends, so the savings stay on the bill. It's optional, with a separate fee priced to your accounts.

Sourcing and negotiation
When another carrier or provider looks like the better deal, we run the bid, and your current carrier gets the chance to counter.
Carriers we work with
We work on accounts with any carrier your business uses, including Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile for wireless and cable and fiber providers such as Comcast Business. Carrier names belong to their owners and appear here to identify the carrier.

Large and multi-site accounts
A company with offices, plants and distribution centers in several states usually has telecom on many accounts at several carriers, each billing on its own cycle and renewing on its own date. We review every account in scope and keep each site's service on one list with its provider, term and renewal date.
You don't have to put everything in at once. Many companies start with their largest account or the contract closest to renewal and add the rest after the first findings. Nothing changes without written approval from the person you designate, and we'll sign an NDA before the review if you'd like one.
