Privacy
Telpro Management uses the details you send through the forms on this site to reply to you, to set up the review you asked for and, for affiliates, to review applications and run the program, and for nothing else. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. For any question about your data, email info@telpromanagement.com.
What the forms collect
The bill review form asks for your name, work email and company, and optionally your role, your carriers, a rough line and location count, your approximate monthly telecom spend, a note and how you heard about us. The contact form asks for your name, work email and a message. The affiliate program application asks for your name, email and how you'd refer companies to us, and optionally your company or association, your role and your phone number. Our web server also keeps a copy of each request so none is lost if an email doesn't arrive. Each time a new request comes in, the server deletes copies older than the current month and the three months before that, so a copy is normally kept for no more than four months.
Who handles form data
Our web host, SiteGround, runs this site and the form handler and stores the copy of each request. Resend, our email delivery service, carries each request to our inbox as an email, and if Resend can't, our web host's mail service sends it instead. Our inbox is hosted by Google Workspace, where each request is kept as an email. Cloudflare runs the security check described below.
Like most web hosts, SiteGround also keeps standard server logs of each visit, including the IP address, browser type, time and page requested, for security and troubleshooting. SiteGround, Resend, Google Workspace and Cloudflare each handle the data they receive under their own terms and privacy policies. Apart from these four providers, we share form data with no one unless the law requires it.
The security check on our forms
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending them rather than an automated program. To do that, Cloudflare processes information about your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser type, when the check runs. Cloudflare says it uses that information to detect and block bots and to improve that detection, not to identify, profile or target anyone, and Turnstile doesn't read what you type into the form. Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice explains that processing, and we use the result to decide whether to accept the form and for nothing else. To limit repeated sends, the form handler counts the requests from each IP address over a day using a one-way hash of the address, and doesn't keep the address with your request.
Keeping form data secure
Forms on this site are sent over an encrypted connection, and our server keeps the copy of each request in a folder the public can't reach. No way of sending or storing data over the internet is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that form data will never be exposed.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. If you pause a video, your browser remembers that until you close the tab. On the pages with a form, the security check loads from Cloudflare, and Cloudflare's own policies cover anything it stores in your browser.
When the law requires disclosure
We'd disclose information about you if the law required it, for example in response to a subpoena or court order.
Billing data during a review
During a review we work from the statements you send or from view-only access to your carrier accounts. The analysts working on your review see that data. We'll sign an NDA before the review if you'd like one, and a letter of authorization covers any change we make with a carrier once you've approved it.
Client data in the portal
The client portal has its own terms and privacy notice, which clients see when they sign in. Access and security for client accounts are described on the client portal page.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
To see the details you've sent us through a form, correct them or have them deleted, email info@telpromanagement.com. We'll reply by email.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
