Our fee: 30% of savings for up to 24 months

We're paid out of the savings we secure on your telecom bills, with no per-line or per-device charges, and if we find no savings, you owe nothing for the audit.

Ongoing account management is optional and billed separately.

No cost or obligation, and nothing changes without your written approval.

How the fee works

The first review costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything. Your designated administrator approves the changes you want in writing, and the fee is charged on the monthly savings from those changes.

What counts as savings

Savings are the difference between your average monthly bill over your last 3 to 6 statements and your bill after our changes take effect, for the same services, on your carriers' own invoices.

Carrier credits are already inside the invoice totals, so they're never added on top. How one-time credits are treated under the fee is set out in your agreement.

Ongoing account management fee

Management is a separate service with its own fee, and you can hire us for the audit alone. The fee varies with your accounts, so we quote it after the review, once we know which accounts you'd want managed. Clients who keep it get each new bill reviewed, their carrier requests handled and a heads-up before promotions and device payments run out.

What account management covers

Who pays us

Our clients pay us, and we take no payouts from carriers or vendors on any deal. That holds whether we keep you with your carrier or run a bid that moves you.

How our fee compares with other TEM pricing

Per-line, per-device, percentage-of-spend and subscription fees are owed whether or not your bill comes down. Our audit fee is a share of the reduction we secure, so a lower bill is the result we're paid for. Pricing models compared sets each model beside ours.

Pricing questions

Why does the fee run for up to 24 months if the audit happens once?

Because the savings show up on every bill while it runs, and the fee is a share of those lower bills. It never runs longer than 24 months.

What if you don't find any savings?

Then you owe nothing for the audit, and we'll tell you in writing that your account is in good shape.

Do we have to take account management?

No. It's optional, and the audit fee is the same whether you take it or not. If you want it, we quote its fee after the review.
