How a telecom bill audit works

You send recent statements or give us view-only access, we send back every change we'd make, and you approve what goes ahead.

No cost and no obligation. We work from your recent statements or view-only access, and nothing on your account changes without your written approval.

The engagement from start to finish: you send recent statements or view-only access, we report every change we'd make with its monthly value, your designated administrator approves in writing, we negotiate and make the changes, and new pricing usually reaches the bill 60 to 90 days after you sign, depending on billing cycles. Ongoing account management is optional.Statements orview-only accessFor the accounts youpick. Our audit fee is 30% of the savings we secure, for up to 24 months, and nothing is owed for the audit if we find no savings. Account management is optional, with a separate fee priced to your accounts. Pricing

The five steps

  1. 1. You send recent statements, or give us view-only access

    What we do

Review the bills and contracts for the accounts you pick and price each finding by the month.

    What you do

Send the last few statements, or add us to your carrier accounts as a view-only user, which lets us read the bills and change nothing. For large wireless accounts, add the carrier's usage report. The review is free, and you're not committed to anything.

  2. 2. We send the findings, and you choose what goes ahead

    What we do

Send each finding with the account, the line or charge it applies to, why we flagged it and what it's worth a month, then go through them with your team.

    What you do

Approve what goes ahead, in writing. Anything you don't approve stays as it is.

  3. 3. We negotiate with the carriers and make the changes

    What we do

Negotiate rates, cancel the lines you approved, change plans and dispute charges, on your behalf.

    What you do

Sign our agreement and a letter of authorization for each carrier, so the carrier will work with us on your account.

  4. 4. We check your next bills

    What we do

Check that every approved change landed at the agreed price. When a carrier misses one, we go back to them until it's corrected. You can follow your findings, results and line inventory in the client portal, which every client gets.

    What you do

Nothing, unless a change needs your approval.

  5. 5. We keep managing the accounts, if you want us to

    What we do

Review each bill as it arrives, handle carrier requests and device orders, follow outages and repairs with the carrier until they're resolved, and warn you ahead of promotions and device payments ending. It's optional, with a separate fee priced to your accounts.

    Ongoing account management

    What you do

Decide after the audit whether to keep us on.

What stays the same during an engagement

A warehouse worker in a blue beanie checks a company tablet in a pallet-rack aisle, a corded barcode scanner in his other hand.

Your carriers, phone numbers and devices stay as they are unless you choose to change them. We don't cancel lines, change plans or port numbers without written approval from your designated administrator.

What we need from you

Besides the statements or view-only access in step 1:

  • A letter of authorization for each carrier, once you want us to act. It lets the carrier discuss your account with us and make the changes you've approved.
  • One person who approves changes. We call them your designated administrator.
  • An NDA, if you want one. We'll sign it before the review starts.

Someone in finance and someone in IT or operations usually take part, and your procurement or legal team can review our agreement before it's signed.

Start with your own bills

Tell us which account to start with. You'll see every change we'd make and what it's worth a month before you commit to anything.

No cost or obligation, and nothing changes without your written approval.
