Telpro Management is a telecom cost management firm based in Chicago.

We audit telecom bills for mid-market and enterprise companies, negotiate with their carriers and, for clients who want it, keep managing the accounts after the audit.
Carriers don't call their business accounts to lower the bill. So we go to the carriers for our clients, with the clients' own bills and contract terms in hand, and then check the next bills to make sure each change went through.
In 2025 we spoke on a panel about reducing operational costs at the Carrier Revenue Summit Chicago, an event for transportation companies, and exhibited at Chicago Build 2025, a construction and design show. In July 2026, Telpro Management was selected for the Harvard Business School Foundry Startup Bootcamp.

We work with companies from fewer than 100 lines to more than 50,000, across the United States, including companies with operations in other countries.
Most have telecom spread across several carriers and many sites, with finance and IT both involved in decisions about it.

How we're paid
Our fee is 30% of the savings we secure, for up to 24 months, and nothing is owed for the audit if we find no savings. Account management is optional, with a separate fee priced to your accounts. Our clients pay us, and we take no payouts from carriers or vendors.
